Hello – I’m BigFatJim

I currently live in Glasgow and work in IT.
But, come December I’m moving to Pattaya in Thailand to spend 9 months training to be a scuba diving instructor (not a mid-life crisis honest)

Pattay beach

This blog was created so I could share my escapades, antics and general hijinx whilst I’m training for my new career. The course starts in December so will get into full swing then.

In the mean time tune in for occasional random nonsense.

Aye yir right Yvonne, and it’s not as if I’ve got anything to actually do at the monent. My last contract finished the week before last and all I’ve done in doss around playing video games and watching american TV shows (the fall scgedule just starting and all)

Here, your site lets me use my bebo page as my website – unlike Limmy’s. I used to use my bebo page on his but all my comments went straight into spam cos he hates bebo/facebook.

well the minimum length contract I could of got was 3 months and I leave in 6 weeks – so yes, have lots of time to lie around and scratch myself in two places at once

as for bebo/facebook, I think you’ll find this a more progressive/forward thinking blog…
