After swimming practice last night, I finally decided to give up smoking. I was coughing and wheezing like an old man trying to do my 400m freestyle.
It’s been almost 25 hours since my last cigarette, and I was kinda cranky on the boat today.
The rest of the crew have a sweep going as to how long I last before crack
This was the first morning in 4 years when I haven’t opened my eyes and sparked up a fag and stuck it in my mouth…

Clever guy..:) if you are away the smoke for a month and stays off it( If that what you want to do), I will send you some more chocolates.Is that aye sound a great reward being off the cigarettes???

Oh aye, they have those nice wee pictures on all the fag packets here in Thailand for shock value. They also have a really good one of a women holding a baby smoking – nice
